Villa of Pigs was established in 2020. It was a new journey for us, our first time raising pigs. We had many learning curves along the way. We grew our farm slowly, starting off selling piglets. In 2022 we began to process our meat, just for us and family/friends. We raise a fatty (lard) pigs, and so we rendered the fat into lard, use for cooking and making old fashion soap.
Four years into this journey, I have found an excellent processor to work with. They are USDA inspected facility and family operated. I am finally ready and excited to share our pasture raised pork with you all. Our goal for 2025 is to provide locally and humanly raised fresh pork to your table.
